Thai Organic Products 4U Oy, business ID 3502002-8 (hereinafter referred to as the online store) sells products to individuals. We reserve the right to change delivery terms and prices. The prices of the products include VAT.

To order
The products you want to order are selected on the website by adding them to your shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, the prices of the products and the delivery charges. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation will indicate the products ordered and the price.
Payment
The e-shop’s payment provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay’s online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy appears on the statement of account and invoice as the recipient of the payment. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. The payment is secure as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the information about the payment transaction.
A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment methods
Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available.
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.

Flexible bill and instalment is a domestic service that lets you make your purchases quickly and securely. Flexusto is for individuals who have a good record of managing their finances. With Flexusto, you get 30 days interest-free and free of charge. Once you receive your bill, you can decide whether to pay it in full or in instalments. With instalments, you can pay for your purchases in up to 36 instalments, starting from €9.90/month. Flexible instalments cost €3.90/month and carry a credit interest rate of 19.90%. You can use Flexusto to pay for purchases between €30 and €3000. The credit is issued by Aurajoki Nordic Oy. Read more about Jousto at www.jousto.com.
OP Invoice – A flexible way to pay for online purchases. For customers of all banks. With OP Invoice you can make purchases of up to EUR 5 000 and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the bill into several instalments. Your purchases are displayed in one place, so it’s easy to keep track of how your money is spent. With a credit limit, you can keep your consumption within the limits you want. Receive your invoices conveniently by email. On our online service, you can see information about your OP Bill usage and the amount of purchases you have made. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years of age and able to pay, and you have the domain names of a Finnish bank. Delivery
Orders are posted on weekdays. Delivery time for products from stock is usually 3-5 working days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery costs in the online checkout before the order is finally accepted.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, the online store must be notified immediately, but within 14 days. The company responsible for the delivery must be informed immediately of any packages damaged during delivery.
Returns
Customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the products ordered. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition. If you want to return or exchange products, please contact the online shop first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details and account number with your return for a possible refund.
Cancellation, liability and complaints
Before the delivery of the order, the order can be cancelled by written notice by e-mail.
The online shop is legally liable for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
Comments on
If the cardholder is taking prescription medication, or if the cardholder has a medical condition, the cardholder should consult their doctor about the suitability of the products.
The claims on the website have not been verified by the Food and Drug Administration and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
